Outtrim wins moguls event at Killington

Eliza Outtrim (Steamboat Springs, CO) led a U.S.sweep in the freestyle moguls URTUR competition in Killington, Vt., on Friday. Canada’s Mikael Kingsbury won the men’s contest.
Jeremy Cota (Carrabassett Valley, Maine) was the lone male U.S.competitor to land on the podium in second place. Bartley Damon (Clinton, Conn.) just missed the No. 3 spot by 16 hundredths, taking fourth place.
Outtrim won the top step on the podium with Heidi Kloser (Vail, Colo.) in second and Alison Digravio (Farmington, Maine) in third. Three other U.S.women piled into the top 10, respectively finishing eighth, ninth, and 10th.
Other New Englanders in the top 12 on the men’s side included David Digravio of Farmington, Maine(ninth) and Reed Snyderman of Winchester, Mass. (11th).
