Your options may be dwindling, but there are still a handful of spots in New England where the lifts will be running during this final weekend of April.
Sugarloaf, Sugarbush, Jay Peak, and Killington will all offer skiing and riding on the doorstep of May.
In Maine, Sugarloaf plans to run the SuperQuad and Skyline lifts through this weekend with a potential closing date set for Monday. As of Wednesday, the resort still reported a whopping 96 trails and 477 acres open. The mountain also saw an inch of snow atop the summit Tuesday night.
Meanwhile, in Vermont, Sugarbush, is now closed mid-week, but will reopen this weekend as well as one, final weekend May 6-7, which will mark the return of “Ski and Tee Weekend,” when season pass holders and anyone who buys a ticket that weekend, can also golf for only $30 (including cart).
