Attitash general manager Brandon Swartz also has taken on the same role at nearby Wildcat, according to a Vail Resorts press release on Tuesday.
The Wildcat position opened recently when JD Crichton left to take a similar position at Vail-owned Crested Butte in Colorado.
Swartz has been at Attitash for two years. During his 20-plus year career since starting as a ski instructor at Mount Snow and studying ski resort management at Lyndon State College, he also has worked at Burke, Keystone, Hunter, Heavenly, Wilmot and Hidden Valley.
“We have always had strong collaboration between Attitash and Wildcat teams, from preseason planning to combined winter seasonal staff onboarding sessions to our end-of-season employee ski and ride days,” Swartz said in the announcement. “I aim to serve the community as well as our resort teams. Both Attitash and Wildcat are staples in our local community. I am incredibly proud of the collective success our teams have celebrated over the past several years, and I am excited to continue to unlock the future successes of our resorts.”
